Installing Your Soluna Aura

Thank you for choosing Soluna Aura.

Aura is designed to replace a compatible ceiling light fixture while providing elegant LED lighting and refreshing airflow in one beautifully integrated design.

For the safest installation, we recommend using a licensed electrician if you are unfamiliar with household electrical work.

Before You Begin

Before installing Aura, please ensure that:

✔ The power is switched OFF at the circuit breaker.

✔ The existing ceiling light fixture has been removed.

✔ Your ceiling has a compatible junction box suitable for ceiling light installation.

✔ You have read all safety information included with your product.

What You'll Need

  • Ladder
  • Phillips screwdriver
  • Voltage tester
  • Wire connectors (if required)
  • Safety glasses
  • A second person is recommended when lifting and securing the fixture

Installation Steps

Step 1 — Turn Off the Power

Before touching any electrical wiring:

  • Turn OFF the power at the circuit breaker.
  • Verify that power has been disconnected using a voltage tester.
  • Never install the fixture while electrical power is active.

Step 2 — Remove the Existing Fixture

Carefully remove your current ceiling light.

Disconnect the electrical wiring according to your local electrical practices.

If replacing an older fixture, inspect the junction box and wiring for damage before proceeding.

Step 3 — Install the Mounting Bracket

Secure the supplied mounting bracket to the ceiling junction box.

Ensure:

  • the bracket is firmly attached
  • mounting screws are fully tightened
  • the bracket sits level against the ceiling

Do not overtighten screws.

Step 4 — Connect the Wiring

Connect Aura's wiring to the household wiring according to the included wiring diagram supplied with your product.

Typical connections include:

  • Live (Hot)
  • Neutral
  • Ground

Ensure all wire connections are secure before mounting the fixture.

Always follow the wiring diagram included inside your product packaging.

Step 5 — Attach Aura

Lift Aura into position.

Align the mounting holes with the installed bracket.

Secure the fixture using the supplied screws.

Ensure the fixture sits flush against the ceiling.

Step 6 — Restore Power

Turn the circuit breaker back ON.

Use the included wireless remote to:

  • Turn the light ON/OFF
  • Control fan speed
  • Adjust lighting mode

Confirm that all functions operate normally before regular use.

Remote Functions

Your included wireless remote allows you to:

  • Power the light ON/OFF
  • Power the fan ON/OFF
  • Adjust fan speed
  • Change lighting mode
  • Adjust brightness (if supported by your model)

Refer to the remote included with your product for button layout.

Please observe the following safety precautions:

  • Disconnect power before installation.
  • Do not install on damaged electrical wiring.
  • Do not exceed your local electrical specifications.

Maintenance

To keep Aura performing at its best:
